"Psalms that Refresh" Workshop

Thirsty for soul-nourishing time this Lent? Join us for an evening of spiritual exploration and creativity at our Visio Divina Workshop: "Psalms that Refresh" on Wednesday, March 20th, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Ridglea Christian Church (Fort Worth) in the Fellowship Hall.

In this workshop, you’ll have a chance to sit with and respond to Psalms that are read during the season of Lent. We will engage the psalms using your choice of any or all materials available, including fiber, paper, paint, beads, stamps, markers, thread, and more.

All ages are welcome for this creative and contemplative experience. Participants under 16 should be accompanied by an adult. If you want to bring the kiddos but would like for them to be entertained elsewhere, have no fear—childcare will be provided by the church's nursery staff.

This workshop is open to folks of all levels of craftiness and artistic ability, including those who love getting creatively messy AND those for whom any kind of art/craft feels terrifying. Absolutely no prior experience required. All you need to bring is yourself, your open heart, and a desire to connect with your spirituality in a new way in an affirming and judgement-free space.
