Returns and exchanges

I accept returns on eligible physical items, including art prints, decks, and other non-custom physical goods, as long as they are returned in their original, unused condition. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email me with your order number and I will provide next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on my part.

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom pieces, including custom clergy stoles and any personalized or commissioned work, are non-refundable and non-returnable. These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Digital products

All digital products, including workbooks, guides, printable materials, and courses are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can make it right. I will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Shipping issues

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to me if you need additional support.
